Fall has officially arrived, and I don’t know about y’all, but it’s my favorite time of year. The cooler air, colorful leaves, and cozy weekends spent outside make it such a special season. It’s even better now that I get to share it with my daughter.
Around Columbia and Middle Tennessee, families can enjoy fall farm fun, from traditional pumpkin patches and corn mazes to orchards, flower fields, and other seasonal outings. This guide focuses on pumpkin patches, corn mazes, orchards, and a few haunted attractions for older kids, teens, and adults.
Dates, hours, prices, and availability are subject to change. This guide is meant as a general reference for planning, so please confirm with the official venue before heading out.

This is my second year putting together a fall guide for Columbia, TN and the surrounding area, and it has become one of my favorite projects. I did this research in late August 2026, which is still early for many seasonal announcements. I hope this gives your family a helpful starting point for planning fall fun.
Pumpkin Patches, Corn Mazes & Orchards
Locally, families have two easy options for fall farm fun without a long drive. Both offer a classic seasonal experience with pumpkins, hayrides, animals, and kid-friendly activities. Families looking for larger farms, corn mazes, or more elaborate attractions will find several great choices a bit farther from Columbia.
Columbia
Hidden Bee Farm Pumpkin Patch (Website)
Dates/Times: September 19 – November 1, 2026 (Friday & Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Description: Hidden Bee Rescue’s pumpkin patch offers plenty of hands-on fun for families, including pumpkin picking and painting, hayrides, trike races, bounce houses, an obstacle course, pumpkin launching, and a maze. Kids can meet and hand-feed the rescue animals, while families can browse local vendors and grab food from rotating food trucks. Admission is free; families only pay for pumpkins, food, and activities.
Pumpkin Paradise at SunVue Farm (Website)
Dates/Times: September 26 – October 31, 2026 (Fridays 2:00 – 6:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sundays 1:00 – 6:00 PM)

Description: Pumpkin Paradise at SunVue Farm offers a classic fall farm outing with a pumpkin patch, hay maze, corn pit, hayrides, and plenty of space for kids to play. Families can enjoy swings, slides, a pedal track, climbing tires, sit-and-play areas, flying pigs, and a gravel pit, along with the farm’s garden and cow-themed educational signs. It is a fun option for a weekend visit, field trip, birthday party, or simply letting the kids burn off some energy.
Up For A Drive?
If you’re up for a day trip, this section features larger farms and seasonal attractions located about 40 minutes or more from Columbia. Listings are organized first by approximate drive time and then alphabetically by city, making it easy to plan your outing. You’ll find classic fall experiences like corn mazes, hayrides, live music, petting zoos, and themed weekends.

Nash Family Creamery in Chapel Hill (Website)
Dates/Times: August 28 – November 1, 2026. Open until sunset every day the creamery is open. New this year: a Flashlight Corn Maze special event on September 26 and October 24, 2026, from 6:30–10:00 PM.

Description: Nash Family Creamery is home to Tennessee’s largest corn maze, with 18 acres to explore. This year’s maze features NFC and American flag designs in honor of the country’s 250th year and is divided into three full-circle mazes with separate entrances and exits. Physical and digital maps with orientation checkpoints are available to help families find their way. Guests can also take guided farm tours, visit the kids’ playground, and enjoy the Creamery’s café and country market, including house-made ice cream and grilled cheese.
Holiday Acres Farm in Ethridge (Website)
Dates/Times: September 5 – October 31, 2026 (Fridays 3:00 – 8:00 PM; Saturdays 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Fall Break Days: October 6 & 8, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Homeschool Day: October 9, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Cost: $12 per person; children 2 and under free
Description: Holiday Acres Farm offers a corn maze, petting zoo, wagon rides, Fun Town play village, Farm-to-Market Learning Center, Animal Adventure Walk, and a you-pick flower field. This year’s maze celebrates America’s 250th birthday and space exploration, with trivia questions to help guide families through. Pumpkins, mums, corn stalks, and hay bales are also available for fall decorating.
Limoland Farm in Pulaski (Website)

Limoland has hosted a pumpkin patch and family fun area in past years, but 2026 dates and details have not been posted as of late August. Check Limoland’s Facebook page or call before making plans.

Description: This seventh-generation working farm offers a full day of fall fun, including a cornfield maze, indoor maze, wagon rides, tractor playground, farm animals, tire swings, farm arcade, grain barn, mini-farm putt putt, and a kids’ play area. Admission includes these activities, while pumpkins are sold separately at the gate for $2 to $12 each.
Noble Springs Dairy in Franklin (Website)
Dates/Times: September 19 through October 31, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on select Fridays, Saturdays, and one Wednesday. Dates include September 19 and 26; October 2, 3, 9, 10, 14, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, and 31.

Description: Noble Springs Dairy’s Fall Farm Fun includes baby goat snuggling, meeting farm animals, kids’ activities, festive fall treats, and a pumpkin patch. It is a sweet option for families who want a smaller farm experience with plenty of baby-goat time.
Wilson Family Farm in College Grove (Website)

Wilson Family Farm has offered a pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayrides, farm animals, and family fall activities in past seasons, but official 2026 dates, hours, admission, and special events have not been posted as of late August. Check Wilson Family Farm’s website or Facebook page before making plans.

Description: Lucky Ladd Farms is back with thousands of pumpkins, a corn maze, hayrides, caramel apples, kettle corn, and pumpkin spice lattes. It’s an easy pick for a full fall outing, with plenty to keep both younger kids and older siblings busy. If you only want to shop for pumpkins or fall décor, ask for a free Shoppers Pass, which gives you 20 minutes to visit the Gift Barn and Pumpkin Patch without purchasing general admission.
Morning Glory Orchard in Nolensville – Orchard Tours & Fall Family Field Trips(Website)
Dates/Times: Fall Family Field Trips: October 7, 8, 14, and 15 at 9:00 AM; reservations required. Self-guided orchard access: closed September 8–October 31 during school field trips, then available November 3–7, Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Cost:$15 per person for Fall Family Field Trips; $5 per person for self-guided orchard access.
Description: A working apple orchard offering one-hour Fall Family Field Trips with an orchard tour, cider-press demonstration, tastings, and a goody bag. Self-guided tours are not available during the September–October school field-trip season, so families who want to walk the orchard should plan for the limited November dates.
Nashville Fall Festival in Nashville (Website)
Dates/Times: September 18 – November 1, 2026, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays (Friday 3:00 PM–dark; Saturday 9:00 AM–dark; Sunday 12:00 PM–dark). New Halloween Flashlight Night event on October 31 only, with extended hours until 9:00 PM for an after-dark corn maze experience.
Location: Nashville Fall Festival, 8687 Old Harding Rd, Nashville, TN 37221
Cost: Single-day admission is $18 for adults (14+) and $14 for kids ages 7–13; children 6 and under are free. Season passes are also available: $45 for one adult or $99 for a family pass covering two adults and up to four children ages 7–13. Tickets are not date-specific and may be used on any open festival day.
Description: A full fall-day outing with a hillside corn maze, 7-acre sunflower field, hayrides to the pumpkin patch, and one free pumpkin per guest. General admission also includes the petting zoo, a riverside walk along the South Harpeth, weekend live music, and family games and play areas like pumpkin bowling, cornhole, hay-bale mountain, tire swings, and a playground. Food trucks and local vendors will be on-site; optional extras include pony rides, sunflower picking, tethered hot-air-balloon rides on Saturdays (weather permitting), and additional pumpkins from the shop.
Cheekwood Harvest in Nashville (Website)
Dates/Times: September 19–November 1, 2026, Tuesday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Harvest Nights are Thursdays, September 24–October 29, 2026, from 5:00–9:00 PM, with live music on Harvest Weekends, September 19–October 25, 2026.

Description: Cheekwood Harvest transforms the gardens into a fall wonderland again this year, with Pumpkin Village’s three pumpkin houses, the Scarecrow Trail, and more than 75,000 pumpkins. New for 2026 is the “Marigold River,” with over 2,500 marigold blooms leading to Pumpkin Village.
Walden Pumpkin Farm in Smyrna (Website)
Dates/Times: September 26 – October 31, 2026 (Thursday & Friday 2:00–6:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Sunday 12:00–6:00 PM; closed Monday–Wednesday)

Cost: Admission and parking are free. An optional all-day activities wristband is $12 per person for ages 4–64; children ages 3 and under and adults 65+ do not need a wristband for activities.
Description: This family-run farm offers free admission and parking, with no wristband needed to shop for pumpkins, visit the country store, or eat at the Food Depot. For $12 per person ages 4–64, an all-day activity wristband includes hayrides, the pumpkin train, corn maze, hay mountain, climbing wall, duck races, calf roping, corn hole, pumpkin bowling, the animal barn, hay maze, and country arcade. Wristbands are purchased at the farm.
Todd Family Fun Farm in Dyer (Website)

Todd Family Fun Farm has offered a giant corn maze, pumpkin patch, hayrides, pig races, and other family activities in past fall seasons, but 2026 dates, hours, admission, and event details have not been posted as of late August. Check the farm’s website or Facebook page before making plans.

Description: Shuckle’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch at Fiddle Dee Farms is a 58-acre, family-run fall destination with more than 30 attractions. Families can explore the corn maze and pumpkin patch, enjoy hayrides and outdoor games, catch magic shows, and decorate a pumpkin for free. New for 2026, DinoLand adds a dinosaur-themed attraction to the farm’s lineup. The farm is designed to be kid-friendly and not scary, with free parking included.
Cedarwood Pumpkin Patch in McMinnville (Website)
Dates/Times: September 26–October 31, 2026. Thursday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:30 AM–8:00 PM; and Sunday, noon–5:00 PM.

Cost: General admission is $15 for ages 3 and up, with children 2 and under free. Admission includes all activities and a pumpkin for every paid guest. Add $7 for bonfire admission, which includes hot dogs, marshmallows, chips, and a drink. Cash and checks are preferred; card transactions include service fees.
Description: In it’s 26th year, Cedarwood offers a full fall farm outing with pumpkin picking, a corn maze, hay maze, petting zoos, live music, bonfires, and a 100-foot slide. Dogs are not permitted, except service animals.
Breeden’s Orchard in Mount Juliet (Website)
Dates/Times: Open seasonally; check the website’s calendar for current hours and fall events.

Cost: The Activity Yard is $8 per person; children under 2 are free. Admission includes unlimited, all-day access, and tickets are purchased at the gate.
Description: Breeden’s Orchard is a family-owned farm market, cidery, and event space that makes for an easy fall outing. Families can shop for produce, baked goods, cider donuts, and fall treats; enjoy farm-to-table food or pizza nights; and explore the Activity Yard, with Tiny Town playhouses, a hillside slide, farm animals, a corn bin, bubble stations, and Paint-a-Farm-Truck. Fall events include a September 13 craft show and seasonal Harvest Celebration programming, so check the calendar before you go. Apple picking is planned for 2027, but is not currently available.
Bottom View Farm in Portland (Facebook)

Bottom View Farm has hosted a pumpkin patch and fall festival with family activities in past years, but 2026 dates, hours, admission, and event details have not been posted as of late August. Check the farm’s Facebook page before making plans.

McCulley’s Amazin’ Acres in Sparta (Website)
Dates/Times: Sunflower Festival takes place September 19–20 and 26–27, 2026. The pumpkin patch is open Fridays–Sundays, October 2–November 1, with special events including the Sunflower Gala on October 2 and Pumpkin Chunkin’ on November 7.
Location: McCulley’s Amazin’ Acres, 2857 Old Kentucky Rd, Sparta, TN 38583
Cost: General admission is $15.46 per person, including fees; children 2 and under are free. Pumpkins, animal feed, apple-cannon tickets, and paintball tickets cost extra. The Sunflower Festival is also $15.46 per person, including fees.
Description: Billed as Middle Tennessee’s largest u-pick pumpkin patch, McCulley’s Amazin’ Acres offers more than 40 farm activities for a full fall day. Families can take a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch, explore two corn mazes, tackle an obstacle course, play in the giant corn barn, visit and feed farm animals, try the zipline, and enjoy festival food and sweet treats. The September Sunflower Festival adds blooming sunflower and zinnia fields, photo opportunities, and pick-your-own bouquets. Special 2026 events include the Sunflower Gala and Pumpkin Chunkin’ day.
Honeysuckle Hill Farm in Springfield (Website)

Description: Honeysuckle Hill Farm’s 2026 corn maze celebrates the life and legacy of Dolly Parton, making this year’s visit especially meaningful for Tennessee families. The farm also offers a pumpkin patch, hayrides, petting farm, pig races, carousel, nature trail, bubble hut, gemstone mining, bungee trampolines, climbing wall, tube slide, tire mountain, treehouse village, and plenty of kid-sized play. Families can also try the Apple Blasters, paintball arcade, mechanical bull, challenge course, corn box, kiddie zipline, and other farm games.
Lyon Family Farms Fall Festival in Taft (Website)
Dates/Times: September 18–October 31, 2026. Closed Mondays, September 21–24, and September 28–30. Fireworks are held every Friday in October at approximately 7:30 PM.

Description: Lyon Family Farms is a full-day fall outing centered around one of the Tennessee Valley’s largest pumpkin patches. Families can pick pumpkins, take wagon rides, explore the corn maze, visit the petting zoo, watch pig races, and enjoy attractions including the corn box, cow train, giant slides, pillow bounce, zipline, rubber-duck races, Coyote Mountain, and farm games. U-pick sunflowers, zinnias, and wildflowers add more photo-friendly fall color, and Friday-night fireworks in October make for a fun evening visit.
White House Pumpkin Patch in White House (Website)
Dates/Times: Opens September 14, 2026. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM; and Sunday, 1:00–5:00 PM. See the website for special-event dates and details.

Cost: Online admission is $14.87 per person, including fees. No admission is needed to shop for pumpkins and fall décor or to see the animals.
Description: White House Pumpkin Patch is an easy fall stop for both family activities and seasonal shopping. Admission includes access to an 8-acre corn maze, tractor-drawn hayrides, carnival games, and other farm activities. Families can also visit without a ticket to purchase pumpkins, mums, cornstalks, and straw, or to see the animals.
Tennessee-Wide Resource
Pick TN Products – Pumpkin Farms (Website)
Pick TN Products is a free statewide service dedicated to connecting people with Tennessee farms, farmers markets, and food businesses. Their pumpkin directory lists dozens of farms across Middle Tennessee. Because these farms vary widely in whether they have an online presence, it can be unclear if each location offers u-pick pumpkin patches or if they simply sell pumpkins as part of their farm. This directory is a useful place to explore additional options beyond the confirmed farms listed above. Families are encouraged to call ahead before visiting, since details are not always available online.
Haunted Attractions
These haunted attractions are designed to scare and are not recommended for young children. They may be a good fit for older kids, teens, and adults looking for a thrill. They are included here because they are local seasonal attractions.
Miller’s Thrillers Haunted Woods & Zombie Hayride (Columbia)
Dates/Times: Opens Saturday, September 26, 2026, with Haunted Woods only on opening night. The attraction is closed Friday, October 2. Regular operating nights and hours are listed on the official ticket calendar; attractions generally open at 7:00 PM, with early 6:00 PM openings on the final three Saturdays.
Location: Miller’s Thrillers, 1431 Carters Creek Pike, Columbia TN 37174
Cost: Hillbilly Hollar is $30, Zombie Paintball Hayride is $25, and a combo pass is $45. The Entertainment Zone is $15; extra paintballs are $10 for 75, and Slash Passes are $20 per attraction.
Description: This is a scary, high-energy option for older kids, teens, and adults. The Zombie Paintball Hayride, for ages 8 and up, combines a ride through the woods, live-zombie target shooting, a stage show, and a Zombie Decontamination Chamber. Hillbilly Hollar is an outdoor haunted-woods attraction for ages 10 and up. An Entertainment Zone adds concessions, performers, a zombie drumline, stilt walkers, fire performers, jugglers, music and laser shows, pogo-stunt performances, fireworks, and photo ops. Creepy Hollow Haunted Woods (Spring Hill)
Dates/Times: Opening night is Friday, September 25, 2026. Open every Friday and Saturday night in October from 7:00–11:00 PM.
Location: 2133 Joe Brown Rd, Spring Hill, TN
Cost: $38 plus tax per person for ages 8 and up. Group rates are $36 per person for groups of 15 or more when paid together. Tickets are available at the door only; cash or credit cards are accepted.
Description: Creepy Hollow Haunted Woods is an indoor and outdoor haunted attraction with original scare scenes, detailed costumes and makeup, and both the Haunted Halls and Haunted Woods. The experience focuses on startle scares and interactive scenes rather than excessive gore, but it is still designed to be intense. While waiting for their timed entry group, guests can enjoy bonfires, concessions, queue-line entertainment, and photo areas. Expect fog, strobe lights, sound effects, and sudden scares; this is best for older kids, teens, and adults who enjoy a good fright. (Website)

Fall festivals, trunk or treats, and Halloween events often get announced or updated closer to the event date. Looking for a Familiar Favorite?
A few places families may remember from past fall guides are not currently offering a fall event in 2026 or have not announced one as of this guide’s publication. I’ve included them here so you know you did not overlook them and so you can easily check for updates if anything changes.
Liberty Grace Farms
Liberty Grace Farms’ sunflower season has ended, and its website is currently directing visitors to the farm’s spring tulip season. As of late August 2026, no fall flower field or other autumn event has been announced. If you loved visiting last year, keep an eye on their website or The Gathering Barn Facebook page for any late-season updates.
Cooper Trooper Foundation Pumpkin Patch
The Cooper Trooper Foundation’s longtime pumpkin patch fundraiser will not return in its usual form for 2026. After 16 years at the Cool Springs Boulevard and Mallory Lane location, the foundation has shifted its main fall fundraiser to the “Swinging for the Sibs” Charity Golf Classic. The group has said it may share more later about possible pumpkin sales, but families should not expect the full pumpkin patch experience this fall.
Keller’s Corny Country
Keller’s Corny Country in Dickson is no longer operating as a public pumpkin patch or corn maze. After 18 years of fall seasons, the Kellers retired the pumpkin patch to focus on weddings and private corporate family-day events. Families should not expect public fall activities, walk-up admission, or a pumpkin-patch experience there in 2026.
Whether you’re planning a quick pumpkin-patch visit, a full farm day, or a spooky outing for older kids and teens, there are plenty of ways to enjoy fall around Columbia, Spring Hill, and Middle Tennessee. This guide will be updated as new 2026 information becomes available. Some farms and seasonal attractions do not announce fall details until later in the season, so a ‘not yet announced’ listing does not necessarily mean it will not return.
